- Monitor Progress: Regularly check on the progress of construction work, keeping track of schedules and ensuring projects stay within the planned timeframe.

You should possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field and ideally have 0-6 years of experience in construction supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial, along with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards is essential. Be prepared to work in office in Kolkata, demonstrating both leadership and a commitment to quality.
