We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Goa. This position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who have completed their 12th grade. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Interaction: Engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.

- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring their concerns are managed effectively to enhance satisfaction.

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services to help improve overall customer experience and report insights to the team.

- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to track engagement and follow up as necessary.





Required Skills and Expectations:
