Key responsibilities include:

1. Customer Assistance: Help passengers with check-in procedures, guide them about flight information, and assist with luggage handling to ensure a smooth travel experience.

2. Operational Support: Collaborate with various airport departments, including security and ground staff, to facilitate timely boarding and departures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

3. Information Desk Management: Provide accurate and timely information to travelers regarding flight statuses, airport facilities, and other inquiries, helping them navigate the airport comfortably.

4. Documentation Handling: Manage necessary documentation related to flights, passenger movements, and other operational papers to maintain organized records.

5. Team Collaboration:



Work closely with team members to solve problems and improve processes, attending briefings to stay updated on airport policies and procedures.
