Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction: Engage with customers through calls and meetings to understand their needs and gather feedback, ensuring they feel valued and heard.

2. Account Management: Monitor customer accounts to maintain strong relationships, addressing any issues promptly to retain client loyalty.

3. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints effectively, providing timely solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and trust.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to relay customer insights, helping shape services and offerings that meet client demands.
