## Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate MBBS Doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have completed an MBBS degree from a recognized medical college in India and possess 2-5 years of clinical experience. The candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining professional and ethical medical standards.

## Eligibility Criteria

* MBBS degree from a recognized Medical College in India.

* Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the respective State Medical Council.

* 2-5 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.

* Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.

* Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.

* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and emergency duties if required.

## Key Responsibilities

* Examine, diagnose, and treat patients according to established medical protocols.

* Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

* Handle OPD and IPD patients efficiently.

* Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

* Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care when required.

* Coordinate with specialists, nurses,



and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient management.

* Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, preventive healthcare, and lifestyle modifications.

* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and medical ethics.

## Required Skills

* Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.

* Patient-centered approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and make timely medical decisions.

* Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.

* Teamwork and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

## Preferred Experience

* Experience in General Medicine, Emergency Care, OPD, or IPD management.

* Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems is an added advantage.
