E-commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and handle Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts.

- Manage product listings, pricing, product details, images, and catalogue updates.

- Manage online advertisements and promotional campaigns on marketplace platforms.

- Monitor ad performance, sales, and campaign results and make necessary improvements.

- Monitor stock/inventory levels and ensure products remain available online.

- Track orders from placement to dispatch and delivery.

- Monitor and identify reasons for order cancellations, returns, RTOs, and failed deliveries and take corrective action.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, refunds, and other marketplace-related issues.

- Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for timely order processing.

- Monitor marketplace dashboards, sales reports, and overall account performance.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, orders, returns, cancellations, and advertisements.

- Identify issues affecting sales or order processing and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them.





Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller platforms.

- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and campaign management.

- Good understanding of inventory and stock management.

- Knowledge of order processing, cancellations, returns, RTO, and refunds.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to independently handle day-to-day e-commerce operations.

- 4-10 years of relevant e-commerce experience preferred.
