We are seeking a motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in Mumbai, India, specifically looking for female candidates. Freshers are welcome to apply, and a minimum education of 12th grade is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing Candidates: Use various platforms to identify and engage potential candidates who fit specific job requirements. You will need to utilize social media, job boards, and networking to find talent.

- Conducting Interviews: Schedule and perform interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the company culture. This involves asking relevant questions and assessing their responses.

- Managing the Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment journey from initial contact to offer acceptance.



You will need to keep track of candidates' progress and maintain clear records.

- Building a Talent Pool: Continuously expand a database of potential candidates for future roles. Networking and relationship-building will be key in developing this talent pool.
