- Maintain Customer Records: Update and manage customer information in the database, ensuring accuracy for future interactions.

- Follow Up: Contact customers to follow up on their queries and confirm their satisfaction with the solutions provided.

- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to escalate issues that require additional support or resolution.

A good command of the English language is essential. You should have a friendly and professional demeanor, demonstrating empathy and patience with customers. Solid problem-solving skills are crucial for addressing and resolving customer issues efficiently. Basic computer skills are needed to manage databases and communicate through various platforms. The position is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience. A minimum education level of 12th grade is required. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary based on business needs.
