About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Manager – Business Development from the K–12 education domain to drive business growth, build strategic relationships with schools and education institutions, and identify recent opportunities for the organisation.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the K–12 school ecosystem, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in business development, sales, partnerships, or client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the K–12 education sector.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective schools, education groups, and institutional clients.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, conferences, and industry events.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business development and revenue targets.




- Expand the organisation's presence across identified geographies.

2. School & Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with school promoters, trustees, management teams, principals, and senior leadership.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant solutions/services.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and solution discussions with prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

3. Market Intelligence
- Track developments, trends, and emerging opportunities within the K–12 education sector.
- Identify potential school groups, upcoming schools, expansion projects, and education ventures.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market positioning.
- Provide regular market insights and business development
