About Zesto
Zesto is an AI-powered restaurant management OS built for Indian restaurant owners — especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. We handle smart POS, menu management, Swiggy/Zomato/ONDC integration, inventory tracking, CRM, loyalty tools, and staff management — all in one platform.
We are a lean, remote-first startup preparing for launch. You'll be one of the first 3 hires — which means real ownership, real impact, and real growth.

Role Summary
As a Growth Executive, you are the face of Zesto to the outside world. Your job is to find restaurant owners, show them what Zesto can do, bring them on board — and make sure they stick around. This is a sales + outreach + onboarding role combined.
You will handle both inbound leads (from our website: www.zestoos.com, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other protomotion channels) and outbound outreach (WhatsApp, calls, in-person where needed).

Key Responsibilities
? Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Check and follow up on inbound leads generated from the Zesto website daily
- Maintain a clean lead tracker (Google Sheets / CRM) with status,



next action, and notes
- Never let a lead go cold — timely follow-up is your #1 priority

? Outbound Outreach
- Identify and reach out to restaurant owners via WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-person visits
- Send short demo videos and follow up with a personal message — not a copy-paste blast
- Focus on Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities as the primary market

? Product Demo & Conversion
- Give live demos of Zesto (via screen share or in-person) to interested restaurant owners
- Explain the four, Stater, Growth (₹1999/month), a two more plans which are not launched yet Scale (₹3,999/month) plans Enterprise (₹8999/month)
- Handle basic objections — pricing, trust, competition — and convert prospects into paying users

? Onboarding
- Once a restaurant signs up, guide them through the full onboarding process, Explain all Modules work flow
- Make sure they are live and using Zesto within the first week of signu
