Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end SEO execution for assigned projects, from planning to optimization and reporting.
Develop and implement strategies across traditional SEO and emerging AEO/GEO (AI search optimization).
Handle client communication when required, clearly explaining strategies, performance, and recommendations.
Perform in-depth keyword research, intent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including crawlability, indexing, site architecture, page speed, and structured data.
Optimize on-page, off-page, and technical elements to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
Work closely with content, development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Continuously monitor performance and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
Stay updated with search engine updates, AI/LLM search trends, and proactively suggest improvements.

Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients when needed.
Excellent task understanding and the ability to execute with minimal supervision.




Proven experience in technical SEO and resolving complex SEO issues.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Working knowledge of AEO/GEO and how to optimize content for AI/LLM-based platforms (e.g., structured data, entity optimization, content clarity).
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms.
Robust sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
Bonus: Exposure to PPC or paid media is a plus.
