About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities across our premium residential projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes full ownership of site operations, ensures high-quality execution, and coordinates effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, suppliers, and consultants
Ensure proper material usage as per approved standards
Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and progress updates
Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs as required
Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards
Collaborate with the design team and provide in office feedback
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering
3 to 10 years of relevant site experience (residential projects preferred)
Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
Basic proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Must own a smartphone for daily reporting and site updates
Additional Requirement
Candidates must be based in Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
