Job Summary

QS / Billing Engineer – Kollur, Hyderabad

Location: Kollur, Hyderabad
Experience: 3–6 Years
Industry: Real Estate / High-Rise Residential Construction

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify RA Bills, Subcontractor Bills and Client Bills.
Quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
Measurement and certification of civil works as per drawings and BOQ.
Prepare BBS, quantity reconciliation and material consumption statements.
Monitor project quantities, costs and billing progress.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Planning and Accounts teams.
Verify contractor measurements and supporting documents before bill submission.
Maintain proper records of BOQ, measurements, variations and billing statements.
Identify quantity variations and cost impacts and report them to management.
Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.

Requirements




3–6 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential / building projects.
Strong hands-on experience in QS, Billing and Quantity Surveying.
Valuable knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ and billing software/tools.
Experience in RCC, finishing and civil works.
Good understanding of drawings, measurements and construction quantities.
Robust coordination and communication skills.
Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
