Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise staff on the floor, assign duties, and ensure smooth workflow
Operations: Monitor daily floor activities and ensure targets/KPIs are met
Customer/Client Handling: Address queries, complaints, and ensure valuable service
Coordination: Coordinate between different departments like admin, HR, production, sales
Reporting: Maintain attendance, shift reports, and report issues to senior management
Training: Train recent employees and conduct inductions
Key Skills:
Leadership and team handling
Communication skills in Tamil + English
Problem solving and decision making
Basic computer knowledge for reports

WORKING HOURS:10.30AM TO 09.00PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
