Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Fintech, NBFC, or Banking Operations.
Solid understanding of:
End-to-end loan lifecycle (origination to closure)
Payment systems (UPI, NEFT, IMPS)
KYC and AML processes
Experience in team management and stakeholder coordination.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, dashboards, and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
