KRA-Techno-commercial– Agri Bio-product Division

 Business Development: Develop business for bio-products across assigned regions

and customer segments. Identify current business opportunities.

 Product Commercialization: Launch current bio-products and ensure successful market

introduction. Prepare commercialization plans.

 Technical Support: Provide technical recommendations on crop, dosage, compatibility,

application methods and product positioning.

 Demonstration & Field Validation: Plan and monitor demonstration trials and large-

scale field validations.

 Channel Development: Develop and strengthen distributors, dealers, FPOs,

institutional customers and agri-input partners.

 Farmer & Stakeholder Training: Conduct training for sales teams, Extension and CSS

teams

 Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor products, pricing, technology trends and

customer feedback. Identify portfolio gaps.





 Product Portfolio Management: Recommend new products based on market needs

and technology trends. Coordinate with R&D; and regulatory teams.

 Regulatory & Compliance Support: Support registration, FCO compliance, label

claims, technical literature and product documentation.

 Key Account Management: Handle strategic institutional customers, plantations,

exporters and corporate farming projects.

 Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with R&D;, QC, Production, Supply Chain

and Marketing for smooth product availability and issue resolution.

 Report accuracy and timely submission

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
