Sales Manager – Cement Industry

Experience: 5–10 years in Cement, Construction Materials, Building Materials, or related industry
Location: As per business requirement
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / General Manager – Sales
Job Purpose

To drive sales and market development for cement products by developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, civil engineers, architects, and project customers, while achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain a robust dealer and distributor network.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Generate sales from builders, contractors, infrastructure projects, and institutional customers.
Visit construction sites regularly and understand project requirements.
Promote the company's cement products by explaining product quality, technical advantages, and applications.
Develop relationships with civil engineers, architects, consultants,



builders, and key influencers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, product movement, and market trends.
Prepare territory-wise sales plans and execute them effectively.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order execution.
Track dealer stock, secondary sales, market demand, and product availability.
Conduct dealer meetings, contractor meets, mason meets, and technical/product awareness programs.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with technical teams for necessary support.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback to management.
Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies, pricing, schemes, and credit guidelines.
Monitor the performance of Sales Officers/Field Sales Executives under the assigned territory, where applicable.
Support management in developing new territories and increasing market share.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
