Job Summary

Sattavaa Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters / Servers to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system or order pads.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
Set up and explicit tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
Follow food safety,



hygiene, and restaurant service standards.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Waiter/Server is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude.
