Ensure Maximum availability of Plant Equipment & Utility Services for Process.
Analyze Failure Mode of Machine downtime, Root Cause Analysis& Correction.
Co-ordinate Outsourced services & Regular Contract Services in Maintenance Function
Inventory Management by Minimum Stock Policy, On time Purchase, Critical Spare management etc.
Generate Preventive Maintenance Schedule
Monitoring and implementation of preventive maintenance schedule
Handling STP plant & Ensure Routine Discharge of Water to Gardening Area.
Maintain Electric Consumption Record
Maintain Generator Running Hour & Diesel Consumption.
Coordinate with External Service Provider for the Building Utilities related Modification
Handling water line system

Education : ITI Pass in Fitter/ Mechanical Trade
