Hostel Warden

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and caring Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be capable of handling hostel administration effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage hostel residents and maintain discipline.
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all students.
Monitor hostel cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
Maintain hostel records, attendance, and visitor registers.
Coordinate with school/college management regarding hostel operations.
Handle student concerns, emergencies, and disciplinary matters.
Oversee housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff.




Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience as a Hostel Warden or in hostel administration is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a residential workplace.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
