About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Ads Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with budgets, analyzing campaign performance, generating leads, and improving ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns based on client objectives.
Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Set up campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, placements, pixels, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
Conduct audience and competitor research.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Optimize campaigns regularly to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, SEO teams, and web developers.
Identify campaign issues and take corrective action quickly.
Stay updated with changes in Meta, Google,



and other advertising platforms.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Valuable understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of funnels, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and audience segmentation.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred
Google Ads / Meta certifications.
Experience handling multiple business accounts or digital marketing agency clients.
Experience with e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns.
Basic understanding of landing pages and CRO.
