Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career qualified who is passionate about using data and analysis to improve operational efficiency. You will support the team in analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from multiple sources
Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations for operational metrics
Support day-to-day operations through data-driven insights
Help track inventory, workflow, productivity, and cost metrics
Conduct basic root cause analysis for operational issues
Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and other teams to gather requirements and feedback
Prepare clear reports and presentations for team leads and managers
Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field




0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers are welcome)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas)
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio – any one is a plus)
Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Internship experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or analytics
Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
Knowledge of Python or Google Apps Script
Understanding of supply chain or warehouse operations
