We are looking for a passionate and empathetic physiotherapist to join our growing team. Whether you have a master’s degree or a bachelor’s graduate with hands-on experience, this role will give you the chance to deepen your expertise in women’s health and rehab under experienced mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
Conduct detailed musculoskeletal and functional assessments.
Identify root causes and create individualized treatment plans.
Special focus on women’s health (prenatal, postnatal, pelvic floor, endometriosis, etc.).
Therapy Planning & Implementation
Deliver hands-on physiotherapy, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises.
Prescribe clinical rehab plans for strength, mobility, and recovery.
Patient Education & Empowerment
Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, self-care, and recovery tracking.
Offer emotional support and motivation throughout their wellness journey.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes,
and reports.
Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and program improvements.
Workshops & Community Programs
Assist in hosting small group sessions or awareness workshops for women’s wellness.
Contribute to content for educational videos, blogs, or social media (with guidance).
Eligibility Criteria
Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT): Preferably 6+ years in Women’s Health / Musculoskeletal.
Bachelors in Physiotherapy (BPT): Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience.
Certification in Pilates or pelvic floor rehab is a plus (or willingness to learn).
Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Regional language is an added advantage)
A genuine interest in long-term patient relationships and women’s care.
