About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and a strong willingness to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Build robust relationships with customers and provide timely assistance.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable working in a night shift.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Sales, telecalling, counselling, or customer-service experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the Hatia, Jharkhand office.
