Job Responsibilities:
Counsel clients for Study, Tourist, Visitor.
Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options.
Guide clients regarding documentation, eligibility, and visa procedures.
Assist with application filing and follow-ups.
Maintain client records and provide timely updates.
Stay updated with immigration policies and visa regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Visa Counselling or Immigration Services (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
Strong counseling and customer handling skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
