Job Title: Bartender / Mixologist

Location: Mokro, Sector 50, Noida

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary:
Mokro is looking for an experienced Bartender/Mixologist to lead our bar operations and create exceptional beverage experiences. If you're passionate about cocktails, innovation, and hospitality, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare premium cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
Develop and launch seasonal and signature drinks.
Ensure compliance with Uttar Pradesh Excise Rules.
Manage bar inventory, stock, and wastage.
Maintain hygiene, quality, and consistency in every drink.
Train junior bar staff and follow bar SOPs.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Bartender/Mixologist.
Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines,



and bar operations.
Good understanding of UP Excise Rules and liquor inventory management.
Creative mindset with experience in menu innovation.
Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-focused.
Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
