Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Assistant with hands-on experience in assisting Orthopedic and Spine surgeries. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of OT protocols, surgical instruments, patient preparation, with specific experience in ACL/PCL Reconstruction, Total Knee Replacement (TKR), Total Hip Replacement (THR), and Spine Surgeries.

Key Responsibilities
Assist surgeons and OT staff during orthopedic and spine surgeries.
Prepare the operation theatre before procedures by ensuring all instruments, implants, and equipment are available and sterilized.
Assist in ACL/PCL Reconstruction, Total Knee Replacement (TKR), Total Hip Replacement (THR), and Spine Surgeries.
Arrange and handle surgical instruments, implants, and consumables during procedures.
Position patients correctly and ensure proper OT setup as per surgical requirements.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of arthroscopy procedures.
Experience handling orthopedic implants and power tools.
Ability to assist in complex orthopedic and spine cases efficiently.
Qualified attitude with a patient-centric approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
