Job Responsibilities
Installation and configuration of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
Installation and termination of CAT6 cables, RJ45 and BNC connectors.
Troubleshooting CCTV, DVR/NVR, networking and power-related issues.
Configure IP addresses, routers, switches and remote viewing.
Attend customer complaints and service calls.
Perform preventive maintenance and replacement of faulty equipment.
Conduct field visits to customer locations in and around Perambalur.
Maintain service reports and provide proper customer support.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and service.
Knowledge of Analog & IP CCTV systems.
Basic knowledge of LAN, networking, routers and switches.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, ECE or related field preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Willingness to travel for field service.
