Develop and execute area-wise sales and business development strategies to increase OPD, diagnostics, surgeries, and overall hospital revenue.
Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team and ensure achievement.
Build and maintain solid relationships with ophthalmologists, general physicians, clinics, optical stores, pharmacies, corporates, TPAs, and institutional partners.
Develop current referral channels and continuously strengthen existing referral relationships.
Identify recent markets, territories, and business opportunities for patient acquisition.
Plan and execute eye camps, health camps, awareness programs, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach activities.
Promote key eye-care services such as Cataract, LASIK/SMILE, Retina, Glaucoma, Cornea, Pediatric Ophthalmology and diagnostics, as applicable.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3–7 years of experience in hospital sales, healthcare marketing, medical sales, or business development.
Experience in ophthalmology/eye-hospital sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
