We are looking for a Domestic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for positions within the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for domestic hiring needs
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future roles
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate salary and close job offers
Stay updated with local labor laws and hiring trends
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in domestic recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Positive understanding of local employment laws and hiring practices
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, healthcare, BFSI, etc.)
Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
Certification in HR or recruitment (optional)
