Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, complaints, and service requests.
Register and track complaints in the system.
Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
Provide accurate information about plans and services.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and reports.
Skills & Requirements:
Positive communication and listening skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
