Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver products, parcels, documents, or materials safely and on time.
Verify delivery addresses and contact customers before delivery when required.
Collect cash or payments and submit them to the concerned department.
Obtain delivery confirmation or acknowledgement from customers.
Handle products carefully and ensure they are delivered in good condition.
Maintain delivery records, bills, receipts, and payment details.
Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with the supervisor regarding pending or completed deliveries.
Report delivery issues, damaged items, or customer concerns immediately.
Maintain professional and polite behaviour with customers.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Must have a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
Own bike/scooter preferred, if required by the company.
Positive knowledge of local routes and locations.
Basic communication and customer-handling skills.
Responsible, punctual, and physically fit.
