Job Overview

VProTech Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Education Assistant to guide students in choosing the right training programs, internships, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding training programs, internships, and certification courses.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and walk-in students.
Understand students' educational background and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
Explain course details, fees, schedules, certifications, and placement assistance.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM system.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills




Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong counseling, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and build trust with students.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Education Counseling, Admissions, Sales, Customer Support, or Telecalling.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the EdTech or Training Industry.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Knowledge of IT training courses and internships is an advantage.
