Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control & Inspection
Supervise incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and specifications
Monitor product process and quality for:
Molding parts
Assembly line
Q.C. Lab
Approve or reject materials and finished goods based on quality parameters

Process Quality Management
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Conduct routine quality checks at various production stages
Identify process deviations and initiate corrective actions
Work closely with production teams to maintain process quality

Defect Analysis & Improvement
Analyze defects, rejections, and customer complaints
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Reduce rejection rates and improve first-pass yield

Documentation & Reporting
]Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and checklists
Prepare daily and monthly quality reports




Track key quality metrics such as rejection rate, rework, and defects

Team Supervision & Training
Supervise quality inspectors and shop floor quality staff
Train operators and workers on quality standards and inspection procedures
Promote quality awareness across departments

Audit & Compliance
Support internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with company quality systems and standards

Maintain documentation for audit readiness

Qualifications & Experience
ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field
0–2 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing workplace (preferably automobile)

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
