About the Role

We are looking for a Field Operations Executive to manage on-ground operations, customer experience, property performance, and business development across our Munnar properties.

The ideal candidate should be well-connected in Munnar, proactive, confident in communication and negotiation, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Conduct property visits, inspections, and quality checks.
Coordinate with property owners, caretakers, and local partners.
Develop B2B and travel-agent tie-ups.
Identify sales and revenue opportunities.




Support new property onboarding and improve existing property performance.
Build robust local relationships to support business growth.
Take ownership of on-ground issues and drive them to closure.

Who We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality, travel, field operations, sales, or property management is preferred.
Freshers with the right attitude and solid communication skills can also apply.
Valuable local knowledge and network in Munnar will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Munnar, Kerala
