Medisure Surgery Care is looking for agile, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Business Development Managers (Sales) to join our growing team in Noida. Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries.
Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate guidance regarding consultations and surgical treatments.
Counsel patients and assist them throughout their treatment journey.
Follow up with prospective patients and convert leads into consultations and surgeries.
Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Build trust with patients through professional and empathetic communication.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare daily follow-up reports.
Achieve monthly sales, consultation, and conversion targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in Healthcare, BPO, Telesales, Insurance, Customer Support,



or Sales will be preferred.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
Strong convincing, counselling, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach with empathy and patience.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
