Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to oversee and expand our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export sales within the ink, adhesive, or paper industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer relations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in international markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and distributors.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and industry developments to identify prospects for growth.
Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales within the film, ink, adhesive, or paper industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
