We are looking for a Executive or Senior Executive – Sales Coordination to manage sales coordination, CRM updates, MIS reporting and day-to-day sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Supply Chain and Dispatch teams.
Maintain and update sales data, leads and CRM/HubSpot pipeline.
Prepare Daily Sales Reports, MIS, dashboards and management reports.
Prepare incentive, commission, target and monthly/quarterly sales reports.
Monitor and follow up on leads, orders, dispatches and pending activities.
Coordinate and maintain sampling records and sample invoices.
Review sales and dispatch data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Prepare DSR and distributor reports.
Ensure timely and error-free reporting and data updation.




Provide cross-functional support to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales MIS / Sales Operations / Sales Support.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Experience with CRM/HubSpot will be an advantage.
Solid coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in chemical/manufacturing/B2B industry preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
