Job Title: Home Care Nurse Location: Patient’s Home / Assigned Area (in Coimbatore) Experience :0 - 3 Years Employment Type: Full‑Time : Shifts: Day/Night as per plan
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care as per care plan
Monitor vital signs and patient condition
Administer medications, injections, IVs, and wound care
Assist with daily living activities
Maintain accurate records and report changes
Educate patients/families on treatment and hygiene
Ensure infection control and safety standards
Coordinate with doctors and allied staff
Offer emotional support and respond to emergencies
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Nursing with valid license
Prior home‑care/clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
Adaptable for shifts, including nights
Preferred Skills:
Experience with elderly, post‑operative, or chronically ill patients
Knowledge of basic life support and emergency procedures
Skilled in wound care, catheter care, feeding tubes
Solid documentation and reporting ability
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
