Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and email communications.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Prepare basic reports and customer data updates.
Requirements: • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Robust follow-up and customer management skills.
Prior CRM/Customer Support experience preferred.
Salary: As per experience + Incentives
