We are looking for a confident and professional Customer Service Executive with excellent spoken and written English to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about our services, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Communicate confidently in English with clients over calls, emails, and chats.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Record customer interactions and update CRM records accurately.
Follow up with customers regarding pending issues and feedback.
Maintain proper call logs, reports, and customer databases.
Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department whenever required.
Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Customer Support, or Client Relationship roles.
Freshers with exceptional English communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English.
Clear pronunciation and a neutral communication style.
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.
Valuable computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualified etiquette and positive attitude.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in IT, Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, or BPO will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
