Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Design Engineer in preparing architectural and construction-related drawings using AutoCAD.
Draft municipal submission drawings, FSI calculations, and layout plans in accordance with local regulations.
Support in creating working drawings, sections, elevations, and presentation layouts for internal and external use.
Coordinate minor revisions based on inputs from consultants, senior architects, or municipal authorities.
Ensure proper filing, version control, and updating of all drawing records.
Occasionally accompany the Design Engineer for site visits to validate measurements and in office conditions.
Provide day-to-day drafting support to ongoing redevelopment and real estate projects.
Co-ordinate with various consultants

Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting essential). CANDIDATE HAVING BETTER AUTOCAD SKILLS WILL BE PREFERRED.
Familiarity with building layouts, sections, and detailing.




Basic knowledge of development control rules (DCR) and municipal processes. Exposure to Redevelopment will be added benefit.
MS Office proficiency (especially Excel and Word).
Valuable coordination and communication skills to work in a team under guidance.
Punctuality, clarity, and accuracy in drafting work.

Work Details:
Location: Pune (Office-based role)
Reporting to: Design Engineer
Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Includes one hour lunch break)
Note: This is a task based role and not time based role, hence working beyond specified time may be expected depending upon workload.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
