We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Admin skilled to support day-to-day HR Operations, MIS and Administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee records, onboarding documentation, attendance & leave.
Support day-to-day HR Operations and employee queries.
Prepare HR MIS, trackers and reports using MS Excel.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure data accuracy/confidentiality.
Handle office administration, coordination and follow-ups.
Coordinate with employees and internal departments for smooth HR operations.
Required Skills
6 Months–1 Year experience in HR Operations / HR Admin / HR Coordination.
Positive MS Excel & documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
HRMS experience will be an added advantage.
Note: This is primarily an HR Operations & Administration role, not a recruitment-focused position.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
