Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Manage and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic security checks.
Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper allocation of IT equipment.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, internet, and other IT-related services.
Ensure data security and follow company IT policies and procedures.
Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, repairs, and maintenance.
Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other office technology, if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
