About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our ethnic women's wear store at Park Street, Kolkata. You will be the face of our brand on the shop floor — guiding customers, building relationships, and driving sales of our handcrafted ethnic clothing collection including Anarkali suits, lehengas, sharara suits, Indo-Western wear, and gowns.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable products based on their needs
Maintain strong knowledge of the store's ethnic wear catalogue and ongoing collections
Handle billing and basic inventory management using a computer or POS system
Meet individual and store-level monthly sales targets
Keep the shop floor organised, clean, and visually presentable at all times
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Assist with recent stock receiving, tagging,



and display arrangement

Requirements
Prior experience in ethnic wear, women's clothing, or fashion retail is preferred
Fluent in Hindi, English and Bengali
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, reliable, and target-oriented
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
