Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials, bought-out components, and outsourced products as per inspection plans.
Perform final inspection of finished fasteners before dispatch.
Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, plug gauges, ring gauges, height gauges, and other inspection equipment.
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and products.
Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and traceability records.
Coordinate with production and stores to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
Support calibration control and proper handling of inspection instruments.
Assist during customer audits and internal quality audits.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
Quality inspection: 3 years (Required)
