Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calling, emails, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Promote and present the company’s IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
Manage regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Conduct client discussions, negotiations, and close deals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM records.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, or a related field.




Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Sales, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development preferred.
Positive understanding of IT services and B2B sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust networking, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, CRM, and lead-generation tools preferred.
Ability to identify client requirements and recommend suitable IT services.
Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
