About the Role

What You’ll Do
Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp & meetings
Counsel students and understand their career goals
Drive Lead → Follow-up → Conversion
Handle objections and close enrollments
Achieve sales targets
Maintain CRM and follow-up records
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication & convincing skills
Target-oriented and ambitious mindset
Ability to build trust quickly
Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills
