Academic Counsellor – Study Abroad

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students on study-abroad prospects while achieving assigned sales and admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and destinations.
Understand students’ academic backgrounds and career goals and recommend suitable options.
Handle enquiries and leads through calls, messages, and personal consultations.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into applications and admissions.
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets set by management.
Maintain solid relationships with students throughout the counselling and admission process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
Stay updated on international education trends,



university requirements, and admission procedures.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling, sales, and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in study-abroad counselling/sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
