Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of a data warehouse for both digital and physical records.
Set up systematic workflows for scanning, data quality, physical storage, and retrieval upon request.
Implement a commercial model for physical record retrieval services with a monthly fee.
Ensure all processes comply with healthcare data regulations.




Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure client satisfaction.
